About ArmCare
We will be using the ArmCare.com platform to empower players to monitor their arm health. We feel that this platform in conjunction with consistent clinical examinations, at least once per year, will give the data to optimally train and rest a player’s arm properly. If any pain, watch, or medical flags appear in the ArmCare test results, we suggest an additional clinical examination for the player at that time.
Add Ons and Services
Every player will have access to the Basic (Free) version of the app. However, the premium upgrade will give you access to more detailed data and reports. The Free version does not track fatigue, so those players will not be able to perform Post-Testing which will show arm Fatigue after their pitching session, bullpen or training/throwing.
For players who desire to test their arm away from the clinic or their Pro Pitching sessions. This package will allow you the flexibility to test your arm virtually anywhere. Opening new opportunities to test for Arm Fatigue after any outing, bullpen or training/throwing session.
We are often asked what equipment we recommend for training. This is a high quality Crossover Symmetry Training Bundle that includes all the equipment a player will need for the daily training. It includes a training guide, exercise chart, hip and core chart, chart clip hanger, one Plyo Ball, one Hip and Core Band and four Crossover Symmetry Cords. The exercises in the training guide, exercise chart, hip and core chart are some of the same ones the player will be performing on a daily basis in the Training section of the app.

We provided physical therapy services to address any pain, impairment or limitation that may be found during your clinical assessment, ArmCare testing or developed during sport. MS has now passed direct access to physical therapy, so no doctor referral is required. However, some insurances continue to require a physician referral for coverage.
